This course explores the various financial assets and cash flows that are impacted by such changes in personal and family status as: deciding to live together (marriage and common law); having or bringing children into such unions; and dissolving such arrangements. For each of these types of lifestyle milestones, the course identifies the financial effects, shows their impact and warns what to watch out for. Realistic scenarios introduce and apply topics and points of law.
